I’m not sure what to add here?  Do you have a standard contact which can be used? I’ve seen the below from LittleMaldod and have heavily adapted it, but wasn’t sure if this was Lowri’s content, so can scrub it and start again if needs be.  

 

Custom Designs: 

We are proud to offer a custom design service and can provide you with a free of charge design consultation to discuss your requirements and talk through options to create a design just for you. We can work from photos of your child’s nursery or playroom, or any space in your home to make suggestions of suitable fabrics to create a playspace to enhance your room. All our teepees can also be made in a larger or smaller size. Please use the contact us form to get in touch and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. 

 

Personalisation: 

Any of our products can be personalised. Please use the contact us form to discuss available options. 

 

Gift Wrap / Message: We're delighted to offer a free of charge gift wrap service, making it easy for you to send gifts. A personalised hand written note will be added to the parcel and sent directly to the lucky recipient. To do this simply drop us a note with your order.

 

Disclaimer: We take care to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. Please note that on heavily patterned designs, the positioning of the pattern may vary slightly.

Payment: You can order online and pay through the website using PayPal or Card Transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to do this, a normal credit/ debit card is also fine. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide us with are correct and that you are the authorised user of the method of payment used. We do not have access to your credit card information nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

Cancelling an order: If you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel it, let us know as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving them (sometimes on the same day, depending on when it's placed). If you receive an email to notify that your goods have been dispatched before you let us know you wish to cancel, you will need to wait to receive your goods and follow our returns procedure (below).

 

Returns & Refunds: We hope you and your little recipient will be delighted with your order. However if for any reason something is not as expected or you need to change your mind please get in touch so we can arrange a return or exchange. 

To return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you with full return details. 

Please return items within 7 days of confirmation of your return, by recorded delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and complete. Providing these terms are met, you will be eligible to receive a full refund or replacement. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of return postage or replacement item postage, unless an item is faulty.

If the item is faulty and you have returned it (as above) we will replace the exact item (subject to availability) with no additional postage costs or, if you wish, provide a full refund including the cost of your return postage. Please note that general use of products and 'wear and tear' through long term use is not considered to be faulty.

We can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit.

We regret that due to their individual nature we cannot offer refunds on custom designs unless they are faulty.

 

Privacy: We will not share your details with any third parties. We may contact you directly about your order. If you have made a purchase from our shop and subscribe to our newsletter, we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email.
